Cancellation Policy
Petal Pix Studios Private Studio Rental Ticket Policy Your Private Studio Rental ticket grants you exclusive access to our entire studio, including all 12 floral backdrops, for the duration of your reserved time duration. Reservation proof must be presented upon entry, either printed or digitally. Principal renting party needs to be present for reservation confirmation and to "check-in" & enjoy our studio. Booking and Access: Private studio rentals must be reserved in advance through our website. The person making the reservation must be 18 years or older. We will verify this upon arrival at the studio. The number of guests allowed is specified in your booking confirmation and cannot be exceeded. Important Considerations: Exclusive Access: Your rental ensures complete privacy; no other guests will be present during your session. Photography Freedom: You are welcome to bring your own photographer or utilize our in-house photography services (booked separately). Props and Equipment: Feel free to bring your own props and equipment, subject to approval by studio staff. Boudoir and Lingerie: Boudoir and lingerie photography are permitted, but nude or explicit content is strictly prohibited. No Food or Drinks: To protect our floral displays, no food or drinks are allowed within the studio. Respect Our Space: Please treat our studio, displays, and equipment with respect. Any damage will incur additional charges. Pets: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals, which may accompany guests but cannot enter the display areas. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Private studio rental fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
