Photography Release Waiver

The Photography Release Waiver (“Waiver”) pertains to all photographic, audio, and video recordings taken at Petal Pix Studios. Consent to this Waiver is indicated by selecting "Yes" in response to the related ticket purchase question. Selecting "No" indicates non-agreement to the terms. This choice is legally binding and applies to all recordings taken during your session at Petal Pix Studios.

1. Consent for Photography and Recordings:
By selecting "Yes," you hereby grant Petal Pix Studios, its staff, representatives, and owners (collectively, “Petal Pix Studios”) the irrevocable right and permission to capture photographs and/or record videos or audio of you and/or your dependents (if applicable) during our session at the studio.

2. Use of Media:

In consenting, you acknowledge that Petal Pix Studios has the right to use such photographs, videos, and audio recordings for commercial, marketing, digital, promotional, and any other lawful purposes. This includes usage in print, online, video-based marketing materials, publications, presentations, and social media platforms.

3. Social Media Content:
By selecting "Yes," you further grant Petal Pix Studios the right to use any content (photos, videos, posts, etc.) featuring you or your dependents, shared publicly on social media platforms, for their digital marketing and promotional efforts, without any remuneration or compensation to you.

4. Release of Liability:
In agreeing to the Waiver by selecting "Yes," you release and forever discharge Petal Pix Studios, its agents, employees, and any third parties involved in the creation, production, or distribution of marketing materials, from any liabilities, claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the use of said photographs, videos, and audio recordings.

5. Acknowledgement:
By selecting "Yes," you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Waiver. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or, if not, that your parent or legal guardian consents to this Waiver on your behalf). You have read this Waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily consent to its terms. Selecting "No" indicates your non-agreement to these terms and may affect participation in certain activities or use of images at Petal Pix Studios.

6. Changes to the Waiver:
This Waiver is subject to change without notice, and the most current version applies to all participants at Petal Pix Studios. It is the responsibility of the participants to stay informed of any changes to this Waiver.
